As a child in school I read a lot about Samarkand, preserved in the city of magnificent architectural monuments that showcase common history, culture and traditions of the Uzbek and Kazakh peoples.

I would also like to emphasize that the music is not limited to national borders or language barriers. It affects the delicate strings of the soul, and thus opens the way to a man's heart, calls for peace, kindness and mercy.

Organization and holding of the International Festival "Sharq taronalari" in the historic capital of the East - Samarkand further increases the effect of creative music, contributing to the establishment of a bridge between the past, present and future.

I hope to adequately represent at the festival's history, culture and traditions of Kazakh people.
