Expo Milano-2015: Pavilion of Uzbekistan Continues Its Work

Since May 1, 2015 in the framework of the World Expo 2015 Uzbekistan National Pavilion with the territory of 500 square meters have been continuing its work.

It demonstrates republic's achievements during the years of independence, its economic and investment potential. The pavilion also provides information about the conditions of doing business in the free industrial economic zone and a favorable business environment, infrastructure development, transport and logistics in the country, rich cultural heritage and history of the Uzbek people.

This year the forum’s motto is "Feeding the planet. Energy for Life".

Participation in Expo Milano-2015 opened up opportunities for the study of the world's food production needs, finding new partners, expanding the geography of export of Uzbek goods and further development of trade and economic cooperation with foreign countries.

National Exposition of the Republic is fully consistent with the motto of the World Exhibition. It reflects the impressive results of Uzbekistan in the development of agricultural sphere, achieving the grain self-sufficiency, growing organic fruit and vegetables, the expansion of livestock, poultry, fish farming, the successful implementation of modern technologies in this important sector.
