09/05/11 - President of Turkmenistan to visit Uzbekistan

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguli Berdimuhamedov will pay an official visit to Uzbekistan on 5-6 May on the invitation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov.

During the visit, issues of expansion and deepening of the Uzbek-Turkmen cooperation, as well as important problems of regional and international character will be considered.

Signing of a number of bilateral documents aimed at deepening interaction of the two states in various spheres is planned.
