Cooperation Ties – Factor of Progress

More than 150 large and private enterprises of Fergana region have participated in the International Industrial Fair and Cooperation Exchange with their building materials, light industry, food and non-food products.

The event was organized in accordance with the resolution of Cabinet of Ministers “On measures on organization and holding of the International Industrial Fair and Cooperation Exchange” dated 28 February 2012, UzA informs.

The traditional fair promotes cooperation of large industrial enterprises with the subjects of small businesses and private entrepreneurship in the production based on local raw materials, of competitive export oriented and import-substituting products, components and spare parts. The fair serves for further development of domestic and inter-sectoral industrial cooperation.

Building materials of Kushtepa, Sokh, Uzbekistan districts, the products of light industry enterprises of the city of Fergana, Besharik and Fergana district, food and other products from the cities of Margilon and Kokand, Toshlok and Kuva districts attracted the interest of participants with their affordability, quality and competitiveness.

“Our company produces more than 20 kinds of paving tiles, frames and doors,” says Abdurahim Abdullayev, the head of the small enterprise “Binokor” in Kushtepa district. “The number of our customers is increasing due to the production of high-quality and relatively inexpensive in the domestic market. At this fair trade, we have signed agreements with a number of city and regional construction companies for the supply of its products.”

Besides, a great number of agreements on cooperation between enterprises, private business entities and trade organizations were signed at the regional territorial industrial fair and cooperation exchange.
