UZBEKISTAN - THE COUNTRY OF TOURISM

Theatrical performances have been launched in the ancient fortress Ark in Bukhara. Similar shows to attract tourists will take place in other regions of Uzbekistan.

Previously, such a project was successfully implemented in Khiva: an episode from the life of the khan is recreated before the audience. In the winter palace of Ichan-kala, guests can observe an official emergence of the khan with observance of a corresponding ceremony, reception of foreign ambassadors from Iran, China and Russia, and in the end - a small concert program. Special attention should be paid to the costumes of the ruler, guards, ambassadors and all participants in the performance, recreated with special precision.

In Bukhara, a similar project is also implemented: in the citadel of Ark, the audience witnesses the official appearance of the Bukhara emir, listening to the report of the military minister on the state of affairs in the emirate. Then the emir receives foreign ambassadors from Arabia, the Ottoman state, Afghanistan, France and entertains guests, arranging for them a small concert program. In the final part, the courtiers leave the summer palace of the emir.

Works are underway to implement similar projects in other historical centers: Samarkand, Shahrisabz, Kokand.

Tourists in Uzbekistan will from now on be able to photo and video shoot public places, buildings and structures without any restrictions.

As it was specified in the State Committee for the Development of Tourism, the exception will be the facilities, the list of which is approved by law. They will be set appropriate indexes on the prohibition of all types of filming. The list of these objects is under consideration in the Cabinet of Ministers.
